Any applicant or household living in one of these essential residences can earn up to the following annual incomes but also must meet our 3x monthly income requirement:

- A floor plan with a “.P6” designation denotes an income limit for 1 occupant of $39,120
- A floor plan with a “.P6” designation denotes an income limit for 2 occupant of $44,760
- A floor plan with a “.P6” designation denotes an income limit for 3 occupant of $50,340
- Additional Income limits for 4 or more occupants available
- A floor plan with a “.P8” designation denotes an income limit for 1 occupant of $52,160
- A floor plan with a “.P8” designation denotes an income limit for 2 occupant of $59,680
- A floor plan with a “.P8” designation denotes an income limit for 3 occupant of $67,120
- Additional Income limits for 4 or more occupants available

What do I need to Pre-Qualify?
